Outside of these hours we will not be able to come out to calls, unless they are absolute emergencies.
If you are able to, please bring the animal to us, as we are VERY busy and this will save us a lot of time. Please take animal to the address above.
If we are unavailable for any reason, we can provide alternative contact numbers, or make other arrangements.
If we do not answer your call, we are not ignoring you! We are just very busy.
If you get through to our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.
We do not do this as a full-time job, and we do not provide 24-hour rescue. However, we will try our best to answer your call or get back to you ASAP.
Due to our limited facilities, we are unable to provide long term care for corvids (crows, magpies, jays, etc.) or water birds. If you need help regarding one of these, you can try London Wildcare on 0208 647 6230.
